Postal Clerk CPO US Navy Bullion Rating Badge pre 1990
Navy Rating Badge patch for Postal Clerk (PC) that was designed for a specific West Coast Program to be worn on Navy coveralls. It isn’t a typical rating badge – it only signifies the rating specialty the wearer belongs to & not the pay grade.
US Navy Mailman rating patch. The rating of Mailman was only used from 1944 - 1948. It was established to replace Specialist M (Mail Clerk) merged into teleman in 1948. This Pety Officer 3rd patch has the year 1945 stitched in the back.
