Reproduction of a WWI army postal patch. Greyhound patch authorized in Feb 1919 for the Postal Service AEF. A white greyhound on the patch, The Courier Express (in France) had a silver Greyhound on the patch. By 1920 these insignias were no longer worn because of the inactivation of the Postal Express Service in the American Expeditionary Forces.
